Note: By order dated November 12, 2020, the Supreme Court of Missouri terminated probation for Scott Gardner.
By opinion dated January 15, 2019, the Supreme Court of Missouri suspended R. Scott Gardner indefinitely from the practice of law with no leave to apply for reinstatement for six months; stayed execution of the suspension; and placed him on probation for one year. In conformity with the opinion, the term and conditions of Gardner’s probation are attached.
ORDER
By opinion dated January 15, 2019, the Supreme Court of Missouri suspended R.
