ORDER

WHEREAS, the Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel has filed a motion for final discipline pursuant to Rule 5.21(e) advising this Court that Respondent’s conviction for obstruction of justice in the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri, Western Division in United States of America, Plaintiff, v. Robert J. Young II, Defendant, case number 16-00342-01-CR-W-BP is now final and said conviction is a violation of Rules 4-8.4(b), (c), and (d) of the Rules of Professional Conduct;

A show cause order was issued and Respondent filed a response to the same.

The Court finds that Respondent is guilty of professional misconduct and should be disciplined;

Now, therefore, it is ordered by the Court that the said Robert J. Young II, is hereby disbarred, that his right and license to practice law in the State of Missouri is canceled and that his name is stricken from the roll of attorneys in this State.

It is further ordered that Robert J. Young II, comply in all respects with Rule 5.27 – Procedure Following a Disbarment or Suspension Order.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
