In re:  Alteration of Deadlines for February 2019 Bar Exam Applicants for those Affected by the Temporary Closure of the District of Columbia Committee on Admissions

 
1.  It is hereby ordered that effective January 23, 2019, eligible applicants, as defined in this order, may submit an application for bar examination pursuant to Rule 8.07 to sit for the February 2019 exam, notwithstanding the applicable final deadline set forth in Rule 8.07(b).
 
2.  An "eligible applicant" must have submitted an application in the District of Columbia prior to December 22, 2018, to sit for the February 2019 bar examination, and be a Missouri resident, a graduate of a Missouri law school, a licensed attorney for an employer located in Missouri, or a recipient of an offer of employment as a licensed attorney for an employer located in Missouri.
 
3.  Applications submitted pursuant to this order shall be in the form and manner prescribed by the Missouri Board of Law Examiners and subject to the timely application fee provided in section A of the board fee schedule.
 
4.  Unless specifically exempted by this order, eligible applicants must comply with all applicable requirements of Rule 8 for admission to The Missouri Bar pursuant to Rule 8.07.
 
5.  All applications submitted pursuant to this order must be properly filed prior to January 29, 2019.
 
6.  It is ordered that notice of this order be published in the Journal of The Missouri Bar.
 
7.  It is ordered that this order be published in the South Western Reporter.
