Note: By order dated October 15, 2019, the Supreme Court of Missouri reinstated Shayne Healea's law license.
ORDER
Now at this day, the Court being sufficiently advised of and concerning the premises and having considered the information and motion for final order of discipline pursuant to Rule 5.21(e) and Respondent’s response to the show cause order filed herein;
The Court finds that Respondent, Shayne W. Healea, violated Rule 4-8.4(b) of the Rules of Professional Conduct as a result of his four misdemeanor convictions in Shelby County Circuit Court Case No. 15SB-CR00046 and should be disciplined.
Upon consideration of these findings, previous decisions of this Court, ABA Standards for Imposing Lawyer Discipline, and aggravating and mitigating circumstances, the Court suspends Respondent’s license indefinitely. No petition for reinstatement shall be entertained for a period of six months from the date of this order.
It is further ordered that Respondent, Shayne W. Healea, comply in all respects with Rule 5.27 - Procedure Following a Disbarment or Suspension Order.
Costs taxed to Respondent.
