ORDER

WHEREAS, the Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel has filed a motion for final discipline pursuant to Rule 5.21 advising this Court that Respondent’s conviction for attempt to evade or defeat tax, a class D felony, in violation of 26 U.S.C. § 7201 in United States of America, Plaintiff v. David B. Mandelbaum, Defendant, in the United States District Court for the District of Kansas Case No. 2:17CR20080-001 is now final;

A show cause order was issued to Respondent and Respondent filed a response to the same;

The Court finds that Respondent is guilty of professional misconduct and should be disciplined;

Now, therefore, it is ordered by the Court that the said David B. Mandelbaum is hereby disbarred, that his right and license to practice law in the State of Missouri is canceled and that his name is stricken from the roll of attorneys in this State.

It is further ordered that David B. Mandelbaum, comply in all respects with Rule 5.27 – Procedure Following a Disbarment or Suspension Order.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
