ORDER

The Chief Disciplinary Counsel having filed an information and motion for reciprocal discipline pursuant to Rule 5.20 advising this Court of its finding, after investigation, that Respondent’s license to practice law was revoked by the Supreme Court of Iowa, pursuant to the opinion of that Court filed on May 18, 2018, in Attorney Disciplinary Board v. Suarez-Quilty, 912 N.W.2d 150 (Iowa 2018).

Said discipline was the result of conduct that violated the Iowa Rules of Professional Conduct and said conduct is a violation of Rules 4-1.3, 4-1.15, 4-1.16, 4-3.3(a)(1), 4-4.2, 4-5.5(a), and 4-8.4 of the Missouri Rules of Professional Conduct; and

On March 12, 2019, this Court issued a show cause order to Respondent and Respondent filed a response to the same;

The Court finds that Respondent has violated the Rules of Professional Conduct and should be disciplined;

Now, therefore, it is ordered by the Court that the motion for discipline is sustained and that Respondent, Sandra E. Suarez, is hereby disbarred, that her right and license to practice law in the State of Missouri is canceled and that her name is stricken from the roll of attorneys in this State.

It is further ordered that Sandra E. Suarez comply in all respects with Rule 5.27 – Procedure Following a Disbarment or Suspension Order.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
