In re:
Repeal of subdivision 74.09(a), entitled "When and by Whom," of Rule 74, entitled "Judgments, Orders and Proceedings Thereon," and in lieu thereof adoption of a new subdivision 74.09(a), entitled "Where and by Whom."
ORDER
1. It is ordered that effective January 1, 2020, subdivision 74.09(a) of Rule 74 be and the same is hereby repealed and a new subdivision 74.09(a) adopted in lieu thereof to read as follows:
74.09. REVIVAL OF JUDGMENT
(a) When and by Whom. A judgment may be revived by order of the court that entered it pursuant to a motion for revival filed by a judgment creditor within ten years after entry of the judgment, the last payment of record, or the last prior revival of the judgment.
