In re: Jerry A. Hollon, MBE # 49814
ORDER
The Chief Disciplinary Counsel having filed an information advising this Court of its findings, after investigation, that there is probable cause to believe Respondent, Jerry A. Hollon, is guilty of professional misconduct; and
The Chief Disciplinary Counsel having filed with said information, pursuant to Rule 5.13, a notice of default, notifying the Court that Respondent, Jerry A. Hollon, failed to timely file an answer or other response within the time required although Respondent was properly served;
Therefore, pursuant to Rule 5.13, Respondent is in default.
Further, the Chief Disciplinary Counsel having filed a recommendation for discipline and suggestions in support thereof; and
Respondent having filed suggestions in support of a particular discipline;
It appearing Respondent is guilty of professional misconduct and should be disciplined due to violations of Rules 4-1.15(a), 4-1.15(a)(5), 4-1.15(c), 4-1.15(d), 4-1.15(f), and 4-8.4(c) of the Rules of Professional Conduct;
Now, therefore, it is ordered by the Court that the said Jerry A. Hollon is hereby indefinitely suspended from the practice of law in this State and that no petition for reinstatement will be entertained for a period of two years from the date of this order.
It is further ordered that Respondent, Jerry A. Hollon, comply in all respects with Rule 5.27-Procedure Following a Disbarment of Suspension Order.
Costs taxed to Respondent.
