ORDER

The Chief Disciplinary Counsel having filed an information and motion for reciprocal discipline pursuant to Rule 5.20 advising this Court of its finding, after investigation, that Respondent, Michael G. Hoehn, was disbarred by the District of Columbia Court of Appeals in an order issued October 10, 2019, in Case No. 19-BG-901 entitled In re Michael G. Hoehn, Respondent.

Said discipline was the result of conduct that violated the District of Columbia Rules of Professional Conduct and said conduct is a violation of Rules 4-1.4(b), 4-1.5(a), 4-1.5(c), 4-1.15(f), 4-1.15(a)(c), 4-1.15(a)(e), 4-1.15(d), 4-1.16(d), 4-8.4(c), and 4-8.4(d) of the Missouri Rules of Professional Conduct; and

On February 3, 2020, this Court issued a show cause order to Respondent, and Respondent did filed a response to the same.

This Court finds that Respondent has violated the Rules of Professional Conduct and should be disciplined;

Now, therefore, it is ordered by this Court that the motion for reciprocal discipline is sustained and that Respondent, Michael G. Hoehn, is hereby disbarred, that his right and license to practice law in the State of Missouri is canceled and that his name is stricken from the roll of attorneys in this State.

It is further ordered that Michael G. Hoehn comply in all respects with Rule 5.27 – Procedure Following a Disbarment or Suspension Order.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
