ORDER

Now at this day, this Court having reviewed the information for suspension pursuant to Rule 5.23(b), wherein Informant advised that there is probable cause to believe that Respondent is unable to competently represent the interests of clients by reason of a mental condition, and Informant and counsel for Respondent filed Respondent’s answer and a joint motion to submit the case for ruling, it is hereby ordered that Respondent is suspended from the practice of law pursuant to the provisions of Rule 5.23(b). Said suspension is to remain in effect until further order of the Court.

It is further ordered that the said Richard D. Crites comply in all respects with Rule 5.27 – Procedure Following a Disbarment or Suspension Order.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
