ORDER
Petitioner having filed a petition for return to active status pursuant to Rule 6.06 and in consideration of the report and recommendation of the Chief Disciplinary Counsel and Petitioner having waived response, it is hereby ordered that Petitioner is returned to active status as a member of The Missouri Bar in good standing subject to a two year term of probation. The conditions of probation shall the conditions of probation set forth in exhibit A to the recommendation of the Chief Disciplinary Counsel filed herein.
Costs taxed to Petitioner.
