In re: Patrick George Copley, MBE # 52731

ORDER

Petitioner, Patrick George Copley, having filed in this Court a consent to disbarment by voluntarily surrender of his license to practice law in this state; and

Petitioner having admitted committing acts of misconduct in violation of the Kansas Rules of Professional Misconduct, which are analogous to Missouri Rules 4-1.3, 4-1.4, 4-1.7, 4-1.15, 4-1.16, and 4-8.4.

This Court having received the Chief Disciplinary Counsel’s report and recommendation filed herein;

This Court, thus advised, now orders that the consent to disbarment by voluntary surrender of the license of Patrick George Copley be accepted and that said license is canceled.

It is further ordered that the name of Patrick George Copley be stricken from the roll of attorneys in this state, that he be disbarred, and that his right and license to practice law in this state is hereby terminated.

It is further ordered that the said Patrick George Copley comply in all respects with Rule 5.27 – Procedure Following a Disbarment or Suspension Order.

Costs taxed to Petitioner.
