ORDER

Now at this day, the Court being sufficiently advised of and concerning the premises, the complete record before the Disciplinary Hearing Panel having been filed herein and this cause having been fully briefed and argued, the Court does find that Respondent violated Rules 4-1.3, 4-1.4(a), 4-1.15(a)(5), 4-1.15(a)(6), 4-1.15(f), 4-3.3(a)(1), 4-8.4(c), and 4-8.4(d) of the Rules of Professional Conduct;

The Court finds that Respondent is guilty of professional misconduct and should be disciplined;

Now, therefore, it is ordered by the Court that the said John E. Tresslar is hereby disbarred, that his right and license to practice law in the State of Missouri is canceled and that his name be stricken from the roll of attorneys in this state.

It is further ordered that the said John E. Tresslar comply in all respects with Rule 5.27 – Procedure Following a Disbarment or Suspension Order.

Fee pursuant to Rule 5.19(h) in the amount of $2000.00 payable to the Clerk of this Court to the credit of the Advisory Committee Fund taxed to Respondent.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
