In re: Vanessa Rene Elizabeth Curran, MBE # 53175
ORDER
The Chief Disciplinary Counsel having filed an information advising this Court of its findings, after investigation, that there is probable cause to believe Respondent, Vanessa Rene Elizabeth Curran, is guilty of professional misconduct; and
The Chief Disciplinary Counsel having filed with said information, pursuant to Rule 5.13, a notice of default, notifying the Court that Respondent, Vanessa Rene Elizabeth Curran, failed to timely file an answer or other response within the time required although Respondent was properly served;
Therefore, pursuant to Rule 5.13, Respondent is in default.
Further, the Chief Disciplinary Counsel having filed a recommendation for discipline and suggestions in support thereof; and
Respondent having having failed to respond to the same; and
It appearing Respondent is guilty of professional misconduct and should be disciplined due to violations of Rules 4-1.15, 4-1.16(d), 4-1.3, 4-1.4, 4-1.5, 4-3.4(c), 4-5.3(c), 4-8.1(c), and 4-8.4(c) of the Rules of Professional Conduct;
Now, therefore, it is ordered by the Court that the said Vanessa Rene Elizabeth Curran be, and she is hereby disbarred, that her right and license to practice law in the State of Missouri is canceled and that she be stricken from the roll of attorneys in this State.
It is further ordered that the said Vanessa Rene Elizabeth Curran comply in all respects with Rule 5.27 – Procedure Following a Disbarment or Suspension Order.
Costs taxed to Respondent.
