In re:

Adoption of a new subdivision (d) of subdivision 55.22, entitled "Pleading Written Instrument, Assignments and Attorney Fees," of Rule 55, entitled "Pleadings and Motions."

1.  It is ordered that, effective July 1, 2021, a new subdivision (d) of subdivision 55.22 of Rule 55 is hereby adopted to read as follows:

55.22. PLEADING WRITTEN INSTRUMENT, ASSIGNMENTS AND ATTORNEY FEES

(d) A court may, upon motion of a party or of its own accord, dismiss a cause of action without prejudice for failure to comply with paragraphs (a) through (c) of this Rule.

2.  It is ordered that notice of this order be published in the Journal of The Missouri Bar.
