ORDER
Whereas, the Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel has filed a motion for final order of discipline pursuant to Rule 5.21(d) advising this Court that Respondent’s conviction of involuntary manslaughter in the second degree, a class D felony, in Circuit Court of St. Louis County in case no. 16SL-CR08614, entitled State of Missouri, Plaintiff, vs. Scott Bailey, Defendant, is now final;
Respondent having previously been suspended from the practice of law on an interim basis by order of this Court dated December 18, 2018, in SC97495;
This Court finds that Respondent is guilty of professional misconduct and should be disciplined;
Now, therefore, it is ordered by this Court that the motion for final order of discipline is sustained and that Respondent, Scott A. Bailey, is suspended from the practice of law in the State of Missouri and that no application for reinstatement shall be entertained by this Court for a period of three years from the date of this order.
It is further ordered that Scott A. Bailey comply in all respects with Rule 5.27 – Procedure Following a Disbarment or Suspension Order.
Costs taxed to Respondent.
