In re: Brooks Richard Siegel, MBE # 68650

CORRECTED ORDER

The Chief Disciplinary Counsel having filed an information and motion for reciprocal discipline pursuant to Rule 5.20 advising this Court of its findings, after investigation, that Respondent, Brooks Richard Siegel, was disciplined by the Presiding Disciplinary Judge of Arizona in an order issued on December 15, 2020, in Case No. PDJ 2020-9050, entitled In the Matter of a Member of the State Bar of Arizona, Brooks Richard Siegel, Bar No. 031453, Respondent.

Said discipline was the result of conduct that violated the Arizona Rules of Professional Conduct, and said conduct is a violation of Rules 4-1.3, 4-1.4, 4-5.1(a), and 4-5.3(a) of the Missouri Rules of Professional Conduct.

On June 3, 2021, this Court issued a show cause order to Respondent, and Respondent did not file a response to the same.

This Court finds that Respondent has violated the Rules of Professional Conduct and should be disciplined.

Upon consideration of these findings, previous decisions of this Court, ABA Standards for Imposing Lawyer Discipline, and aggravating and mitigating circumstances, the Court orders that the motion for reciprocal discipline is sustained, and Respondent, Brooks Richard Siegel, is hereby reprimanded.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
