In re: Andrew Gavin Wynne, MBE # 66415
ORDER
The Chief Disciplinary Counsel having filed an information for interim suspension for threat of harm pursuant to Rule 5.24 advising this Court of its findings, after investigation, that there is probable cause to believe that Respondent, Andrew Gavin Wynne, poses a substantial threat of irreparable harm to the public as there is probable cause to believe Respondent has engaged in acts of misconduct as delineated in said information; and
The Court now being fully advised of and concerning the premises does find that Respondent poses a substantial threat of irreparable harm to the public pursuant to Rule 5.24.
Now, therefore, it is ordered by the Court that Respondent, Andrew Gavin Wynne, be and he is hereby suspended from the practice of law in this state pending the final disposition of disciplinary proceedings.
It is further ordered that Andrew Gavin Wynne comply in all respects with Rule 5.27 – Procedure Following a Disbarment or Suspension Order.
Costs taxed to Respondent.
