Update: By corrected order dated April 8, 2024, the Supreme Court of Missouri terminated probation for Nancy Fisher.
ORDER
Petitioner’s petition for reinstatement after discipline sustained. Petitioner is ordered reinstated as a member of The Missouri Bar in good standing. Petitioner is hereby placed on probation for a period of two years from the date of this order. The terms of probation shall be as set forth in exhibit 2 attached to the recommendation of the Chief Disciplinary Counsel filed herein and those conditions set forth in Rule 5.225.
Costs taxed to Petitioner.
