ORDER
The Chief Disciplinary Counsel having filed an information and motion for final order of discipline advising this Court that Respondent, Julia Kathleen O’Connor, has pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated, a class B misdemeanor in State of Missouri, vs. Julia K. O’Connor, case number 2011-CR04005 in St. Charles County Circuit Court; In a prior offense, Respondent pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated in St. Louis County, vs. Julia K. O’Connor, case number 130333859 in the Municipal Court of St. Louis County, and this Court having considered the said information; and
An order to show cause why Respondent should not be disciplined pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 5.21(e) having been issued by this Court on March 4, 2022, and this Court having fully considered Respondent’s response thereto;
It is ordered by this Court that Respondent, Julia Kathleen O’Connor, is hereby suspended indefinitely with no leave to apply for reinstatement for one year from the date of this order.
It is further ordered that Respondent comply in all respects with Rule 5.27 – Procedure Following a Disbarment or Suspension Order.
Costs taxed to Respondent.
