ORDER
The Chief Disciplinary Counsel having filed an information and motion for final order of discipline advising this Court that Respondent, Meagan M. Howe, has pleaded guilty to two Class D felonies in United States of America, Plaintiff, v. Meagan M. Howe, also known as “Meagan M. Hasty,” Defendant, case number 6:21-CR-03099-SRB in the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri, Southern Division; and this Court having considered the said information; and
An order to show cause why Respondent should not be disciplined pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 5.21(e) having been issued by this Court on June 8, 2022, and this Court having fully considered Respondent’s response thereto;
It is ordered by this Court that Respondent, Meagan M. Howe, is hereby disbarred, that her right and license to practice law in the State of Missouri is canceled and that her name be stricken from the roll of attorneys in this state.
It is further ordered that Respondent comply in all respects with Rule 5.27 – Procedure Following a Disbarment or Suspension Order.
Costs taxed to Respondent.
