In re: The Honorable Patrick S. Flynn
ORDER
The Commission on Retirement, Removal, and Discipline filed “Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Recommendation” seeking discipline against Respondent, the Honorable Patrick S. Flynn, for being dilatory in case management and failing to timely file reports of cases under advisement for 90 days or more. Respondent stipulated to engaging in the misconduct set out in the Commission’s findings and consented to discipline.
After reviewing the complete record filed and the parties having waived briefing and oral argument in this matter, the Court finds Respondent engaged in misconduct under article V, section 24 of the Missouri Constitution and in violation of Rules 2-1.2, 2-2.2, 2-2.5(A), 2-2.5(B), and 2-2.16(A) of the Code of Judicial Conduct.
In light of the foregoing misconduct, Respondent is hereby reprimanded.
