ORDER

The Chief Disciplinary Counsel having filed an information and motion for final order of discipline advising this Court that Respondent, Aaron M. Klusmeyer, has pleaded guilty to unlawful use of a weapon, a class E felony, and domestic assault in the fourth degree, a class A misdemeanor in State of Missouri, Plaintiff, vs. Aaron Michael Klusmeyer, Defendant, case number 1931-CR04768-01 in Greene County Circuit Court; and this Court having considered the said information; and

An order to show cause why Respondent should not be disciplined pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 5.21(e) having been issued by this Court on October 31, 2022, and this Court having fully considered Respondent’s response thereto;

It is ordered by this Court that Respondent, Aaron M. Klusmeyer, is hereby suspended indefinitely with no leave to apply for reinstatement for one year from the date of this order.

It is further advised that, should Respondent apply for reinstatement, this Court will consider whether Respondent has had contact with the victim of the domestic assault offense to which he pleaded guilty and whether Respondent has participated in appropriate treatment pertaining to domestic violence.

It is further ordered that Respondent comply in all respects with Rule 5.27 – Procedure Following a Disbarment or Suspension Order.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
