ORDER
The Chief Disciplinary Counsel having filed an information and motion for final order of discipline advising this Court that Respondent, Terry L. Garner, has pleaded guilty to one count of willful failure to pay employment tax in violation of 26 U.S.C. Section 7202 and one count of willful failure to file personal income tax return in violation of 26 U.S.C. Section 7203 in United States of America, Plaintiff, v. Terry L. Garner, Defendant, case number 21-03153-01-CR-S-BCW in United States District Court, Western District of Missouri, Southern Division; and this Court having considered said information; and
An order to show cause why Respondent should not be disciplined pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 5.21(g) having been issued by this Court on January 17, 2023, and Respondent having failed to file a response thereto;
It is ordered by this Court that Respondent, Terry L. Garner, is hereby disbarred, that his right and license to practice law in the State of Missouri is canceled and that his name be stricken from the roll of attorneys in this state.
It is further ordered that Respondent comply in all respects with Rule 5.27 – Procedure Following a Disbarment or Suspension Order.
Costs taxed to Respondent.
