In re: The Honorable Timothy J. Finnegan
In an opinion dated December 21, 2010, the Court concluded: "Because Commissioner Finnegan is neither a judge nor a member of a judicial commission, the [commission on retirement, removal and discipline] lacks authority to recommend his disability retirement. Therefore, the commission’s recommendation that Commissioner Finnegan be retired due to disability is rejected."
