ORDER
The Chief Disciplinary Counsel having filed an information and motions for final order of discipline advising this Court that Respondent, Brian Costello, failed to file either an acceptance or rejection of the decision. The deadline for timely rejection of the decision passed on June 8, 2023. Pursuant to Rule 5.16(c), the Panel’s decision is deemed accepted by the parties and ripe for the Court to issue a final order of discipline;

Respondent having failed to respond to the same; and

It appearing Respondent is guilty of professional misconduct as a result of violations of Rules 4-1.1, 4-1.3, 4-1.4(a)(1)(2), 4-1.15(a), 4-1.15(a)(5), 4-1.16(c)(d), 4-3.2, 4-8.1(c), 4-8.2(a), 4-8.4(c), and 4-8.4(d) and should be disciplined;

Now, therefore, it is ordered by this Court that the said Brian Costello be, and he is hereby disbarred, that his right and license to practice law in the State of Missouri is canceled and that his name be stricken from the roll of attorneys in this State.

It is further ordered that the said Respondent comply in all respects with Rule 5.27 – Procedure Following a Disbarment or Suspension Order.

Fee pursuant to Rule 5.19(h) in the amount of $2,000.00 payable to the Clerk of this Court to the credit of the Advisory Committee Fund taxed to Respondent.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
