- Go to Case.net
- Click on the Manage My Case icon
- Click "Create a Manage My Case" account
- Click in username field to create you user name - *required field
- Click in password field to create a password - *required field
- Click verify password field to re-enter your password - *required field password must match
- Click the email field to type your email address - *required field
- Click "Verify email" field to re-enter your email address - *required field email must match
- Click "Next"
- Click the "First Name" field - provide your first name - *required field
- Middle Name - not required
- Last Name - Provide your last name - *required field
- Date of Birth -
*required field- must be at least 15 years old
NOTE: Demographic information Gender, Race, Ethnicity is not required, but is used to obtain statistical data for application improvements. This data will in no way impact the outcome of your court decision and your answers will remain anonymous.

- To change, select the drop down menu and choose your country
- Attention - put desired information in field
- Address Line 1 - *required field

- Cell phone - if you want to provide a cell phone number
- Click "Sign Up"
- Registration confirmation page - Review the information
- Click "Continue to Login" - you will receive a confirmation email
- Enter your username
- Enter your password
- Click "Login"
- Read the Terms and Conditions - Disclaimer - Warranty
- Click "Agree" - you
now have an Manage My Case account

I want to add a case to my account
- Go to "Add a Case to My Account"
- Enter your Case Number and click "Find"
- Enter the time listed in the "At Time" box on your ticket
- Click "Verify Ticket"
- Select the appropriate statement: "I am representing myself" or "I have an attorney to represent me." NOTE: If you have an attorney, you will not be able to use MMC for the ticket.
- Select all your rights (example – Right to trial, Right to know when the court is open, etc.) and select "I understand my rights"
- Click "Add to My Account"
I want to plead guilty
- Go to "Add a Case to My Account"
- Enter your Case Number and click "Find"
- Enter the time listed in the "At Time" box on your ticket
- Click "Verify Ticket"
- Select the appropriate statement: "I am representing myself" or "I have an attorney to represent me." NOTE: If you have an attorney, you will not be able to use MMC for the ticket.
- Select all your rights (example – Right to trial, Right to know when the court is open, etc.) and select "I understand my rights"
- Click "Add to My Account"
- Click "File on My Court Case"
- Select your Ticket
- Select "Use Court Template"
- Select the appropriate Court Form to plead guilty
- Click "Next"
- Type your name in signature field
- Click "Review"
- Click "Confirm"
I want to request community service
- Go to "Add a Case to My Account"
- Enter your Case Number and click "Find"
- Enter the time listed in the "At Time" box on your ticket
- Click "Verify Ticket"
- Select the appropriate statement: "I am representing myself" or "I have an attorney to represent me." NOTE: If you have an attorney, you will not be able to use MMC for the ticket.
- Select all your rights (example – Right to trial, Right to know when the court is open, etc.) and select "I understand my rights"
- Click "Add to My Account"
- Click "File on My Court Case"
- Select your ticket
- Select "Use Court Template"
- Select the appropriate Court Form for Community Service
- Complete the following:
- Check the "I will complete" box
- Enter the proposed number of hours of community service you are requesting
- Enter the proposed completion date
- Check each box after reading statements
- Enter any special conditions you are requesting and check the box and type your special conditions in the text box
- Type your name in the signature field
- Click "Review"
- Review information and the document to make sure no corrections are needed
- Click "Confirm"
You will receive an email from MMC letting you know the court received your request. You will receive another email when the court approves the request
I want to send a message to the PA
- Go to "Add a Case to My Account"
- Enter your Case Number and click "Find"
- Enter the time listed in the "At Time" box on your ticket
- Click "Verify Ticket"
- Select the appropriate statement: "I am representing myself" or "I have an attorney to represent me." NOTE: If you have an attorney, you will not be able to use MMC for the ticket.
- Select all your rights (example – Right to trial, Right to know when the court is open, etc.) and select "I understand my rights"
- Click "Add to My Account"
- Click the "My Message" link
- Click "Compose" to send a message to the prosecutor
- Enter your message to the prosecutor in the comments field
- Click "Review Message"
- Review the message and click "Send" to send it to the prosecutor
You will receive an email from MMC when the prosecutor responds to the message. Follow the instructions provided by the prosecutor for the next steps.
I want a payment plan
- Go to "Add a Case to My Account"
- Enter your Case Number and click "Find"
- Enter the time listed in the "At Time" box on your ticket
- Click "Verify Ticket"
- Select the appropriate statement: "I am representing myself" or "I have an attorney to represent me." NOTE: If you have an attorney, you will not be able to use MMC for the ticket.
- Select all your rights (example – Right to trial, Right to know when the court is open, etc.) and select "I understand my rights"
- Click "Add to My Account"
- Click "File on My Court Case"
- Select your Ticket
- Click "Use a Court Template"
- Select the appropriate Court Form to request a payment plan
- Click "Next"
- Select the frequency you are requesting to make payments - weekly, twice monthly or monthly
- Enter the amount you are requesting to pay each installment - for example, $5, $10, etc.
- Enter your date of birth
- Type your name in the signature field
- Click "Review"
- Click "Confirm"
You will receive an email from MMC when the court rules on your case. The court may request additional information from you. This will include the terms of the payment plan if it is approved.
