In re: Benjamin Patrick Campbell, MBE # 69450
ORDER
Now at this day, the Court being sufficiently advised of and concerning the premises, having considered the motion for order to show cause why probation should not be revoked filed herein and the Respondent’s lack of a response to the same;
The Court finds that Respondent, Benjamin Patrick Campbell, Missouri Bar No. 69450, has violated the terms of probation set forth in the order of this Court dated May 23, 2023, by the conduct set forth in the motion for order to show cause why probation should not be revoked filed by Informant on October 18, 2023.
Respondent’s probation as set forth in the order of this Court dated May 23, 2023, is hereby revoked, and Respondent is indefinitely suspended from the practice of law. No petition for reinstatement shall be entertained for a period of two years from this date.
It is further ordered that Respondent comply in all respects with Rule 5.27 – Procedure Following a Disbarment or Suspension order.
Costs taxed to Respondent.
