ORDER
The Chief Disciplinary Counsel having filed an information and motion for reciprocal discipline pursuant to Rule 5.20 advising this Court of its findings, after investigation, that Respondent, Mark Allen Roy, was disciplined by the Supreme Court of The State of Kansas in an order issued on February 2, 2024, in Case No. 126,012, entitled In the Matter of Mark A. Roy, Respondent.

Said discipline was the result of conduct that violated the Kansas Rules of Professional Conduct, and said conduct is a violation of Rules 4-1.1, 4-1.3, 4-1.4(a), 4-1.15(b), 4-1.15(f) and 4-8.1(c) of the Missouri Rules of Professional Conduct.

On July 9, 2024, this Court issued a show cause order to Respondent, and on July 15, 2024, Respondent filed a response to the same.

This Court finds that Respondent has violated the Rules of Professional Conduct and should be disciplined.

Upon consideration of these findings, previous decisions of this Court, ABA Standards for Imposing Lawyer Discipline, and aggravating and mitigating circumstances, the Court orders that the motion for reciprocal discipline is sustained, and Respondent, Mark Allen Roy is hereby reprimanded.

Fee pursuant to Rule 5.19(k) in the amount of $750.00 payable to the Clerk of this Court to the credit of the Advisory Committee Fund taxed to Respondent.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
