ORDER
Now on this 3rd day of December 2024, this Court having reviewed the Information filed herein on the 25th day of November 2024, and finding that there is probable cause to believe both that Respondent is unable to competently represent the interests of his clients due to an alcohol and/or drug addiction, and that Respondent has committed professional misconduct and poses a substantial threat of irreparable harm to the public, it is hereby ordered that Respondent is suspended from the practice of law pending resolution of any outstanding criminal charges and any disciplinary charges that may be filed against him under Rule 5.11. Said suspension to remain in place until further Order of this Court.

It is further ordered that Respondent, Tyler White, comply in all respects with Rule 5.27 – Procedure Following a Disbarment or Suspension Order.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
