ORDER
The Chief Disciplinary Counsel having filed an information pursuant to Rule 5.23(a) advising this Court that Respondent, Elizabeth Jewel Martin, has been adjudicated disabled and finding there is probable cause to believe that Respondent is unable to competently represent the interests of clients, it is hereby ordered that Respondent is suspended from the practice of law until further order of this Court.

It is further ordered that Respondent comply in all respects with Rule 5.27 – Procedure Following a Disbarment or Suspension Order.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
