In re: Dawn R. Harpster, MBE #46456
ORDER
Now at this day, the Chief Disciplinary Counsel having filed an information and motion for final discipline pursuant to Rule 5.21(c) and the Court being sufficiently advised of and concerning the premises does find that Respondent violated Rule 4-8.4(b) of the Rules of Professional Conduct as Respondent pled guilty to five counts of violation of 18 USC 1344, bank fraud, in the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri, Case Number 4:07-cr-00380-FJG, and said convictions are now final; and
The Court finds that Respondent is guilty of professional misconduct and should be disciplined;
Now, therefore, it is ordered by the Court that the said Dawn R. Harpster, be, and she is hereby disbarred, that her right and license to practice law in the State of Missouri is canceled and that her name be stricken from the roll of attorneys in this State.
It is further ordered that the said Dawn R. Harpster comply in all respects with Rule 5.27 - Notification of Clients and Counsel.
Fee pursuant to Rule 5.19(h) in the amount of $2000.00 payable to the Clerk of this Court to the credit of the Advisory Committee Fund taxed to Respondent.
Costs taxed to Respondent.
