In Re: Paul P. Hasty, Jr., MBE No. 34470

ORDER

The Chief Disciplinary Counsel having filed a statement of acceptance of the decision of the Disciplinary Hearing Panel pursuant to Rule 5.19(c), said decision having adopted the stipulation of the parties, advising the Court of the finding by the Disciplinary Hearing Panel that Respondent, Paul P. Hasty, Jr., violated Rules 4-1.3 and 4-1.4(a) of the Rules of Professional Conduct and should be disciplined; and

The Court finds that Respondent has violated Rules 4-1.3 and 4-1.4(a) of the Rules of Professional Conduct and should be disciplined;

Now, therefore, it is ordered by the Court that Respondent, Paul P. Hasty, Jr., is hereby reprimanded.

A fee pursuant to Rule 5.19(h) in the amount of $750.00 payable to the Clerk of this Court to the credit of the Advisory Committee Fund taxed to Respondent.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
