AMENDED ORDER


WHEREAS, the Chief Disciplinary Counsel has filed an information and motion for interim suspension informing the Court that there is probable cause to believe that Respondent, Harley Kent Desselle, is guilty of misconduct and poses a substantial threat of irreparable harm to the public;

The Court now being fully advised of and concerning the premises, it is ordered that Respondent, Harley Kent Desselle, be, and he is hereby suspended from the practice of law pending the final disposition of any disciplinary proceeding based upon such misconduct.

It is further ordered that the Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel expedite the resolution of the alleged misconduct before the Disciplinary Hearing Panel.

It is further ordered that Harley Kent Desselle comply in all respect with Rule 5.27 - Notification of clients and counsel.

Informant’s motion for expedited ruling on information for interim suspension overruled as moot. Respondent’s request for oral argument overruled.


Costs taxed to Respondent.
