ORDER

Now this day, the Court having considered the statement of acceptance of the Disciplinary Hearing Panel decision pursuant to Rule 5.19(c), the Court finds that Respondent, Charles William Gray, Missouri Bar Number 51535, violated Rules 4-8.2(a) and 4-8.4(d) by making statements against the judiciary in Warren County that were false or made with reckless disregard as to truth or falsity.

In accordance with previous decisions of this Court, Respondent in hereby reprimanded.

Fee pursuant to Rule 5.19(h) in the amount of $750.00 payable to the Clerk of this Court to the credit of the Advisory Committee Fund taxed to Respondent.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
