ORDER
Now on this 11th day of February, 2009, this Court having reviewed the information for suspension pursuant to Rule 5.23(a), wherein Informant advised that Respondent by his own admission and by order of the Kansas Supreme Court is not authorized to practice law in Kansas due to mental incapacity, and finding that there is probable cause to believe that the Respondent is unable to competently represent the interests of Respondent’s clients, it is hereby ordered that Respondent is suspended on an interim basis from the practice of law pursuant to the provisions of Rule 5.23(a). Said suspension is to remain in place until further order of this Court.
It is further ordered that John B. Gage II, comply in all respect with Rule 5.27 - Notification of clients and counsel.
Costs taxed to Respondent.
