ORDER
Now at this day, the Court being sufficiently advised of and concerning the premises and having considered the amended joint stipulation of facts, joint proposed conclusions of law and joint recommendation for discipline filed by the parties on February 11, 2009, the Court finds that Respondent, Susan L. Henry, Missouri Bar No. 43044, violated Rules 4-1.3, 4-8.4(d) and 4-1.4(a) of the Rules of Professional Conduct. In accordance with previous disciplinary decisions of this Court, Respondent’s license is suspended with no leave to apply for reinstatement for a period of six months from the date of this order. The suspension is stayed pursuant to Rule 5.225 and Respondent is placed on probation under the additional terms and conditions agreed to by the parties attached as exhibit b to the amended joint stipulation of facts, joint proposed conclusions of law and joint recommendation for discipline filed on February 11, 2009.
Fee pursuant to Rule 5.19(h) in the amount of $1,000.00 payable to the Clerk of this Court to the credit of the Advisory Committee fund taxed to Respondent.
Costs taxed to Respondent.
