In re: Stephen G. Kaludis, MBE #38026
ORDER
The Chief Disciplinary Counsel having filed a motion for discipline pursuant to Rule 5.21(c) advising this Court of its finding, after investigation, that Respondent, Stephen G. Kaludis, pled guilty to one felony count of violation of Section 570.030 RSMo in St. Louis City Circuit Court case number 0622-CR05671-01 as a result of stealing over $25,000.00, said conduct being a violation of Rule 4-8.4(b) of the Rules of Professional Conduct and that Respondent’s conviction is finally disposed for the purposes of Rule 5.21(c);
Respondent having previously been suspended from the practice of law in this State on an interim basis by order of the Court dated August 31, 2004, in SC86258;
The Court finds that Respondent is guilty of professional misconduct and should be disciplined;
Now, therefore, it is ordered by the Court that the said Stephen G. Kaludis is hereby disbarred, that his right and license to practice law in the State of Missouri is canceled and that his name be stricken from the roll of attorneys in this State.
It is further ordered that the said Stephen G. Kaludis comply in all respects with 5.27 - Notification of Clients and Counsel.
Fee pursuant to Rule 5.19(h) in the amount of $2000.00 payable to the Clerk of this Court to the credit of the Advisory Committee Fund taxed to Respondent.
Costs taxed to Respondent.
