ORDER
Now on this day, the Court having considered the statement of acceptance of the Disciplinary Hearing Panel decision pursuant to Rule 5.19(c), the Court finds that Respondent, Scott E. Vincent, Missouri Bar Number 42311, violated Rules 4-1.4, 4-1.16(d), 4-8.4(d),and 4-1.9 by not communicating with a client regarding a tax matter as the ethics Rule requires, by failing to give adequate notice of the termination of the attorney client relationship and access to the client’s file, by unethical communications with a court, and by entering an appearance in a matter that was adverse to the interests of a former client.
In accordance with previous decisions of this Court, Respondent is suspended from the practice of law, with the suspension stayed and Respondent placed on probation as provided in Rule 5.225 for a period of twelve months from the date of this order. The conditions of probation shall be those set forth in the parties’ joint stipulation filed herein.
Fee pursuant to Rule 5.19(h) in the amount of $1,000.00 payable to the Clerk of this Court to the credit of the Advisory Committee Fund taxed to Respondent.
Costs taxed to Respondent.
