In Re: John Manring, MBE No. 32204



ORDER


Petitioner, John Manring, having filed in this Court a motion to voluntarily surrender his license to practice law in this state and having tendered his license to the Clerk of this Court; and

Petitioner having admitted in said petition to misappropriation of client funds; and

The Court having received the Chief Disciplinary Counsel’s report and recommendation and Petitioner having failed to respond to the report of the Chief Disciplinary Counsel;

The Court, thus advised, now orders that the surrender of the license of John Manring be accepted and that said license be canceled.

It is further ordered that the name of John Manring be stricken from the roll of attorneys in this state, that he be disbarred, and that his right and license to practice law in this state is hereby terminated.

It is further ordered that the said John Manring comply in all respects with Rule 5.27 - Notification of Clients and Counsel.

Costs taxed to Petitioner.
