In Re: Janell R. Foster, MBE #30268
ORDER
Petitioner, Janell R. Foster, having filed in this Court a motion to voluntarily surrender her license to practice law in this state together with having tendered her license to practice law to the Clerk of this Court; and
Petitioner having admitted in said petition that she violated Rules 4-1.15 and 4-8.4(c) of the Rules of Professional Conduct and that as a result of said conduct Petitioner was disbarred by the Kansas Supreme Court in In re: Foster, No. 11466 issued by the Supreme Court of Kansas on August 26, 2008;
The Court having received the Chief Disciplinary Counsel’s report and recommendation which advised that Petitioner has engaged in conduct that violated Rules 4-1.15 and 4-8.4(c) of the Rules of Professional Conduct;
The Court, thus advised, now orders that the surrender of the license of Janell R. Foster be accepted and that said license be canceled.
It is further ordered that the name of Janell R. Foster be stricken from the roll of attorneys in this state, that she be disbarred, and that her right and license to practice law in this state is hereby terminated.
It is further ordered that the said Janell R. Foster comply in all respects with Rule 5.27 - Notification of Clients and Counsel.
Costs taxed to Petitioner.
