In re: Ryan S. Shaughnessy, MBE No. 39922

ORDER


Now at this day, the Court having considered the statement of acceptance of the Disciplinary Hearing Panel decision pursuant to Rule 5.19(c), the Court finds that Respondent, Ryan S. Shaughnessy, Missouri Bar Number 39922, violated Rule 4-8.1(c), by failing to respond to a request for information from a disciplinary authority, this after receiving two admonitions in 2003 and a reprimand in 2007 for violation of the same rule on failure to respond.

In accordance with previous decisions of this Court, Respondent is suspended from the practice of law for six (6) months, with the suspension stayed and Respondent placed on probation as provided in Rule 5.225 for a period of one year. The conditions of probation shall be those set forth in the parties’ Joint Stipulation.

Fee pursuant to Rule 5.19(h) in the amount of $1,000.00 payable to the Clerk of this Court to the credit of the Advisory Committee Fund taxed to Respondent.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
