ORDER
Now on this 22nd day of June, 2009, this Court having reviewed the information filed herein on the 5th day of June, 2009, and finding that there is probable cause to believe that the Respondent has committed professional misconduct and is unable to competently represent the interests of the lawyer’s clients and further finding that the Respondent poses a substantial threat of irreparable harm to the public.
This Court having issued a show cause order to Respondent on June 8, 2009, requesting a response to said information on or before June 19, 2009, and Respondent having failed to file a response to the same.
It is hereby ordered that Respondent is suspended on an interim basis from the practice of law. Said suspension to remain in place until further order of this Court.
Costs taxed to Respondent.
