In re: William F. O’Sullivan, MBE No. 23384

NOTE: Mr. O'Sullivan's probation described below was terminated by Court order dated June 30, 2010.


ORDER

Now on this day, the Court having considered the statement of acceptance of the Disciplinary Hearing Panel decision by both parties pursuant to Rule 5.19(c), the Court finds that Respondent, William F. O’Sullivan, Missouri Bar No. 23384, is guilty of violating Supreme Court Rule 4-8.4(b) in that on May 29, 2007, he plead guilty to three counts of the class C felony of assault in the second degree in violation of Section 565.060 RSMo.

It is ordered that Respondent be suspended from the practice of law for one year, with the actual suspension stayed during a one year period of probation. The terms and conditions of probation shall be those adopted by the Disciplinary Hearing Panel in the Probation Agreement, attached to this order.

Fee pursuant to Rule 5.19(h) in the amount of $1000.00 payable to the Clerk of this Court to the credit of the Advisory Committee Fund taxed to Respondent.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
