In re: Allan H. Bell, MBE No. 19459

ORDER

Now at this day, the Court having considered the statement of acceptance of the Disciplinary Hearing Panel decision pursuant to Rule 5.19(c), the Court finds that Respondent, Allan H. Bell, Missouri Bar Number 19459, is guilty of violating Rule 4-1.5(a) by improperly charging overhead office expenses against his client’s cost and fee deposit.

In accordance with previous decisions of this Court, it is ordered that Respondent be reprimanded.

Fee pursuant to Rule 5.19(h) in the amount of $750.00 payable to the Clerk of this Court to the credit of the Advisory Committee Fund taxed to Respondent.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
