In re: Philip E. Adams, MBE No. 41161

ORDER

On June 2, 2005, this Court issued an order of interim suspension of Respondent in SC85870, In re: Philip Edward Adams, as a result of Respondent having been charged with a felony in the State of Missouri; and

On January 10, 2006, the Chief Disciplinary Counsel filed an information and motion for discipline advising the Court that Respondent, Philip E. Adams, entered pleas of guilty to two counts of the class C felony of forgery in violation of section 570.090 RSMo, in the Circuit Court of St. Louis County, Missouri, on October 28, 2005, and further advising that said convictions are now final;

The Court finds that Respondent, Philip E. Adams, is guilty of professional misconduct and should be disciplined;

Now, therefore, it is ordered by the Court that the said Philip E. Adams be and he is hereby disbarred, that his right and license to practice law in the State of Missouri is cancelled and that his name be stricken from the roll of attorneys in this State.

It is further ordered that the said Philip E. Adams, comply in all respects with 5.27 - Notification of Clients and Counsel.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
