ORDER

Now at this day, the Court being sufficiently advised of and concerning the premises and the parties having filed a stipulation herein, the Court finds that the Respondent violated Rules 4-8.4(a) and 4-8.1(b) and should be disciplined;

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED by this Court that Respondent, Thomas R. Carnes, be and he is hereby reprimanded.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
