ORDER

Now at this day, the Court being sufficiently advised of and concerning the premises, Informant and Respondent having filed a joint stipulation of facts, conclusions of law and recommended discipline with this Court stipulating that Respondent violated Rules 4-1.16(d) and 4-1.15(b) of the Rules of Professional Conduct; and

The Court finds that the Respondent violated Rules 4-1.16(d) and 4-1.15(b) of the Rules of Professional Conduct and should be disciplined;

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED by this Court that Respondent, Donald W. Crank, be and he is hereby reprimanded.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
