ORDER

The Chief Disciplinary Counsel having filed the decision of the Disciplinary Hearing Panel and the stipulation of concurrence of the parties pursuant to Rule 5.19(c);

The Court finds that Respondent is guilty of professional misconduct for violation of Rules 15.06(a), 4-5.5(c) and 4-8.4(d) of the Rules of Professional Conduct and should be disciplined;

Now, therefore, it is ordered by the Court that the said James A. Schuetz, be, and he is hereby reprimanded.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
