ORDER

Pursuant to Rule 5.19(d), the Chief Disciplinary Counsel filed in this Court the complete record made before the Disciplinary Hearing Panel.

After briefing and argument in this Court, and the Court being fully advised in the premises, the Court finds that Respondent, Joseph J. Porzenski, has violated Rules 4-1.2(a) and 4-8.4(c) of the Rules of Professional Conduct and should be disciplined;

The Court carefully weighs all factors, including aggravating and mitigating factors.

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED by this Court that Respondent, Joseph J. Porzenski, be and he is hereby reprimanded.

It is further ordered that costs be taxed to the Respondent.
